So a friend has recently donated a tinner, trailer and 9.5 hp to me so the yak hasn't seen as much action as other years so far. But I do have a few holes that only yaks can make it to and been out two times so far.
Like most others I've been seeing slow bass bites this far. Still managing a few but seeing alot of uninterested fish. Had a few great days on the wayer so far. And it's been a pleasure to get back out and quietly drift through nature nice and quietly.
The fish have all been nice, my pike in these pics has 4.5, but then cousin hippy had to show me up and net a 6 lbs pretty much right beside me!!
Bass have all been over 3 lbs, but still not a fiesty fight on them just yet.
