So I tried something new tonight ( sorry no pics ad my friggin family was eating faster than I could cook it)
Whitefish fillets ( cut into small pieces like popcorn shrimp) Kiplock bag eggs Vegetable oil Ritz Crackers Rolling pin
Crush Ritz crackers with the rolling pin in a ziplock.... till it is almost like powder pr as small as you have the patience to do it. "_
Beat a couple of eggs
Dip white fish in the egg and then into the ritz cracker "powder" and into the frying pan of hot oil.
Cook a minute or 2 on each side and enjoy.
