Posting a photo to Forum, Posting a photo

I've posted photos before, but now can't.
Where can I find instructions on how to do this?

When you are done typing your message scroll down to the "Choose file" button and click on it. You can then find your picture and upload it as long at is not too big. After you find it click add reply and it should be on here. Good luck.
