I got to take my son,s friend out for brook trout today fish were in the 17 feet of water and surface temps are now 65 F.Did not take more then 5 mins going down the one side of the lake to catch fish here are a couple pics.

Nice colours starting to show on the fish and those red fillets look good your giving me the itch to want to get out for them I miss fishing for them always nice to see your posts thanks .I guess it closes end of September in your neck of woods.

Yes sir they close sept 30 here hopefully get out 2 more times before it closes.Glad you enjoy the posts.

Nice Pics. I viewed them with envy....)
Noted the wood pellet bag in the background. Are those beauty fillets headed to the smoker.
If they are they would make a nice candied treat.

Nope the wood pellets are for heating the garage i save the bags to use for fish cleaning parts and dog droppings !!
