Saugeen sanctuaries?

I will be staying in Walkerton for one night next weekend at the best western and I may be able to get some shore casting time in the morning before work. Looks like the closest and only spot I can walk to is the bridge at Durham st aka Grey Rd 4 I think... I can see in the regs there's some sanctuaries near dams that are closed all year or closed at night. I haven't been able to denote if that particular bridge is within any of those restrictions and was wondering if somebody from the area knew one way or the other? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
