So, we got away for a couple of weeks again with a lot of family and friends. 4 birthdays and were part of the mix and that was fun.
Of course there was plenty of great food and some incredeble evening beverages to boot
Saw a lot of wildlife as well including deer, osprey ,2 eagles and the biggest surprise was a lone wolf right on our lawn just before dusk. That was first. Unfortunately nobody got a pic
I got to spend quite a bit of time on the water and there were some stellar days as well as some tougher ones, but the best had to be one evening at a new spot where 26 casts produced 26 bass on topwaters in a row that's a record for me for sure
Never got any real monsters , but more than happy with the overall quality of the sizes of bass and trout
oh, ya, one more PB was 4 hooks into the same hand in one day so Dr. Shank was busy that day...And always on those 1 pound smallies
