Ice Fishing 2020

Looking for outfitter that has great customer service, huts that most of the time produce fish and decent price for a 2 person father son trip during the week.

There are many reputable outfitters to choose from. All of their prices are pretty competitive and comparable. Take your pick.

Been going to Rob's fishing charters for years now.
Nick and Nico are exceptional!

Try and convince the fish to park and bite under the huts. There's number of reputable OPs out there, but it's the fish that bite...when they want to.

Is the fishing better in January then it is in February? We been the past 4 years in feb and very slow. The fish are there we see them on the camera. But just not active

First ice seems to get the better reports on here but there are no guarantee's ice fishing.....except for the good times, they always seem to be a guaranty

Anyone use sandy bay cottages. This will be my first year with this outfitter. I normally use sunset but no one would return my calls.

OUR GROUP HAS BEEN GOING TO THE SAME OUTFITTER FOR GOING ON 9 YEARS NOW.
WE FIRST STARTED WITH SHAWN DEGAGNE OUT OF IDLE TYME THEN MOVED OVER TO BEAR CREEK.
AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES, SHAWN, TERRA AND THE CREW THEY HAVE ARE TOP NOTCH.

LIKE OTHERS HAVE ALREADY SAID. ICE FISHING IS ICE FISHING. YOU CANT MAKE THE FISH BITE IF THEY AREN'T FEELING IT.

I TOOK MY SON LAST YEAR AND FISHING WAS NOT GREAT BUT WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WILL DO IT AGAIN THIS AND HOPEFULLY MANY MORE YEARS TO COME.

I've been going to Greening Bay cottages for a number of years - I find Lynn and Dan excellent. Accommodations are excellent and when your back on shore over night cottages are excellent

I used to fish with Jeff when we would do the cottage thing and always did well enough with him


but I switched to bungalow fishing many years ago


on a side note,,,as some have mentioned, never gone up there and not caught fish
