On this fine October day, I had to install a stove/chimney on an island out of Parry Sound. I was done a wee bit early, so on my way back in I stopped at a hump that tops out at 25’ that I’ve wanted to try for a while now but never had the chance. Boy am I glad I tried it!
I only had about a 1/2 hour to fish before I had to get back to pick up the kid from school, so out came the drop shot rod and a pack of Berkley Maxscent flatworms. I had a fish on almost every single drop, caught at least 30 bass in 30 mins and half of them were over 3lbs. Several over 4 and one right at 5lbs.
Guess I better get some more “work” to do out on the bay soon
