Great video and some awesome BOQ walleye..
Good thing you got out, might have had to go fishing some more..lol..
That happened to a buddy a couple years back, they filled their buckets with water and dumped them on the launch..This got rid of the freshly fallen snow and they were able too get out..

Carry some cheap cat littler or a bag of screenings in you truck for Icy ramps. Oh and get a set of snow tires. Not just so you don’t get stuck on ramps. When your towing all that added weight needs more stopping ability and snow tires greatly improve stopping on ice, snow and bare cold asphalt.
