South Shore Ice Condos, Ice Conditions

Smolt Trout Group: Members Posts: 129 Member No.: 5326 Joined: January 01, 2014	On the ice today. Drilled holes out about 3 km. Nothing less than 9" and up to 12" of mostly good black ice. Only issue was a 6" to 8" open crack, that we hope will close up a bit. Plan is to start hauling Ice Condos on the 28th. Will be set up for January 2nd. Merry Christmas to all. Cara-Lee and Garnet.
