Wowsers! I'm going for my first splake adventure soon. Been doing the research and I locked in on a lake. I'm just hoping the road is passable. Is there a way to find out if little roads in the north leading to certain lakes are usable in winter?

I know in an around minden an haliburton a lot of the Mnrf maintain road an cottage roads aren’t passable during winter months as they aren’t plowed or are blocked to Vehicle traffic.
