Bear Creek Cottages is our go to spot, we fished out of Idle Tyme for years when Ross and Betty owned it, when Shawn took over we stayed with him there and when he took over Bear Creek we followed him over there.
Also, check under ice hut rentals at the top of the page, all solid operators.

We have used Chilly Willy's for years. Always had great experience. They are under new management this year, so not 100% sure of service yet, but I have heard good things so far.

I was with Rob Hyatt for years, Nick and Nikko took over last year. Two great guys and fantastic hosts. I did 2 trips last year and was very impressed with the service. Good luck with whom ever you choose. Cheers Kerry

I like the ones that have a private bathroom per hut.. That way you won't experience what Bubba leaves you at 2am in the morning ..That's after Bubba's been eating pickled eggs and cabbage rolls and drinking beer for 2 days straight..

Opinions of Hut Ops are based on personal experience. Unless each group went to every one of the available outfitters and submitted a log of good, acceptable and not so good, you end up with a variety of opinions. Some outfitters might have a bad day here or there, but that can happen to anyone. There is also a phenomenon called bad customer, no matter how hard you try to please them, nothing suffices. I dare say any of the above mentioned outfitters wouldn't be well mentioned if they didn't provide a good level of satisfaction. My 5 cents, 'cus there's no more pennies.
