I've got one more trip planned this winter for the last weekend of Febuary. My Brother in law and I are taking the better halves out for their first ever ice fishing experience. Hope the bite is decent, will keep you all posted on how the trip goes.

That's awesome, my wife used to be into fishing all the time but now our dogs fill up all her time..She has them in fly ball, agility and dock diving..She rarely has any weekends off thru the whole year...It's what she lives doing so I don't bug her to much, you know what they say happy wife happy life..lol

Please let me know how it is Chuck. I want to take my camera up there and get some shots.
It looks like a really great place.

Cheers
Kerry

Well the fishing part of the trip was a bust. We didnt spend a ton of time fishing but gave it a few hours for 3 days. The upside of the trip was great company and the girls enjoyed the fishing experience. We took the time to hit the Haliburton Forest wolf centre and it didn't disappoint. Spent some time exploring the area as well.

Nice Chuck. It’s on my agenda. Thx for the report. Too bad the fish didn’t cooperate.
Two rules of a great trip...
Safe
Fun.

Which lakes did you fish as there’s a ton up that way to try. I’m headed up the end of March.
