Lord knows I love steak. I think it might be a guy’s favourite protein ?
I enjoy a medium rare with just salt and pepper for spice.
I like to get the BBQ hot (450-500) drop it on for approximately 2 1/2 minutes, then quarter turn. After another 2 1/2 minutes it’s time to flip. Do the same for side 2.
Get’er off that grill and rest under tin foil.
Slice and eat.
How do you guys do your steaks ?

Thanks metalbuckle, I do like the Montreal steak spice also.
Hey BigD, do you drizzle the butter over the steak upon completion prior to resting or after it’s cut and served ?

Those steaks look pretty good. I like mine med rare as well. I will put pepper, garlic powder and Montreal spice on, I have BBQ on high to pre heat , then steaks on to grill marks show, flip over turn BBQ down to low, cook both sides while on low. not sure of times, but about 10minutes in total. I like the idea of garlic butter, so would also be interested in when you use it.

For the newfie tacos i really don't think they look to bad either.
