Well this weekend got to meet up with Bigbambui (Jamie) from the forum to do a bit of brook trout fishing we headed into one of my trophy lakes on saturday and the winds were 50 km an hour so we setup the portables and got skunked.
Sunday we setup on another backlake that was easier access and the weather was much better and Bigbambui got on 2 fish.
Great time had when they come up and i love seeing others pull fish through the hole its quite the drive for them to the sudbury 6 hrs but it all worked out.
Looking forward to maybe putting them on some fish this open water season.
