Finally feeling better went out to the local fish store. I was the only one out on the lake. Found the fish hugging the bottom today.... opposite to where I though they would be... 44fow mid lake flat, surrounded by 80-100fow.

Bad boys feathering the bottom for the win. My set lines were not even touched. Still managed to loose half dozen Whitefish. Not a bad solo trip. 16” ice and the best walking all year. Shore amazing tight.

Beautiful group of fish there. I'll bet that Whitefish fought, look at the size of tail! Nothing better than a lake all to yourself too. Congrats.
