Again ice fished a lake in Muskoka area today. Ice at shoreline is excellent, and walking on ice is easy peasy as there is no water no snow no nothing on ice, though a bit slippery. Fishing was not bad, either. Landed 4 small but good-eating size lakers

Nice catch! James I was out on Simcoe today for some jumbos but it was very slow day. I'm off work for next two weeks and if you want some company for your next trip, give me a shout. Cheers Richard

Very nice going with the lakers, James. Have you ever caught whitefish there? I know they are in there. Given how difficult it's been to get away to fish this year, I've put all my ice fishing stuff away.
