I don't think there is much of a "plan" ?

Sudbury currently has 0 known active cases but everyone is now wearing masks (most weren't a month ago). Still a lotta people out of work, layoffs being anounced or looming in a part of the province that hasn't seen a bad outbreak. A co-worker likes to take out his dirt bike on weekends and hit trails in the North Bay area. For him it's a solo activity. He doesn't have to interact with anybody, he's only seen a couple people on quads the last 2 years. Hasn't been able to do that this year as the trails he uses have been closed. Still can't go sit down at a table in a restaurant down the street for an hour, or go to service ontario for anything.. but they're telling us we can now travel and rent a cottage for a week? A lot of it doesn't make sense to me, either.
