Recommendations for cabins with boat rentals

Hi all, A few of my buddies saw some of the pictures from this year's annual Nipissing ice fishing trip and now have the itch to get up there. They seem to be too impatient to wait for hard water again lol. We usually stay at bear creek in the winter and we love it but as far as I can tell (please correct me if I'm wrong) they don't have boat rental options and we aren't trying to trail our own boats up for a 2 or 3-night stay. If anyone knows of any cabin rentals that offer boat rentals as well it would be greatly appreciated. Or if there are marinas nearby any cabins that would rent boats (nothing fancy in terms of boats, just tinnies with small outboards would do). Any info would be greatly appreciated as I myself am also looking forward to fishing open water on Nipissing

Bearcreek do have boat rentals.

I think most camps rent boats, look at he list of sponsors. I have fished with both Sandy Bay and Bear creek.

Fish Bay Marina rent campsites/trailer sites, a cabin and couple of boats too. Always had terrific service from Kevin and Sam.

You can also try Riverview Cottages. (Dokis area).
They have nice cottages, nice people and I think they rent boats too.

Frank and Charlene at Memquisit Lodge on the West Arm have cabins and boats to rent.
Your option on doing it yourself or american plans for cottages.

Boats are workhorse 18 foot Geislers with 20HP or you can go Aluminum with 25HP's.

just up the creek from bear creek cottages we stay at sunlit bay cottages nice cottages good boats.
