Sorry everyone that it's taken so long to figure out the launch situation. Still a bunch of things beyond my control going on.
I was gonna call it today and just say we'll move it to rice but I got 10 more spots for our trucks and trailers, now just need a few more which hopefully I will have worked out tomorrow.

Its official

Sorry guys. I was looking forward to lower Buckhorn as well. It's just not realistic given the current situation with the pandemic and everything. Hopefully this is all over and we can add it to the series next year.
If you do not want to fish Rice Lake and I've already paid let me know and I'll send your money back ASAP. If you have not paid and do not want to fish Rice Lake please message me so I can take your name off the list so that I'm not expecting you to join. Then I can take a look at how many numbers we have and if there's any room for anyone else to join.

Have had to make this decision now to give people at least a few days to sort things out. It's not ideal but nothing is right now and I'm just happy we can still get out to fish.

There are plenty of places to launch from on Rice Lake and it's a big lake so we will all be able to keep our distance. Captain's Marina out of bewdley has the most parking so I suspect a lot of people will go there. We will have 2 boats checking near Cow Island which is near the mouth of the Otonebee river. There are plenty of launches in the Otonebee as well as goes landing and some more on the east end but it is opener weekend and a very popular lake so I cannot express enough the importance of being there early.

Weigh in will be done on water near the back of cow Island at 330.
Tournament is from 7 -330 but I'm hoping to have everyone checked in by 630 at the latest so that we can be in our spots by 7Am.

Please reach out if you have any questions about launches or anything like that, please reach out asap.
If you have someone you know entered and don't think they will see this post please let them know ASAP.

Sorry again for the last minute change. I tried my best, it just wasnt to be.

Matt, thanks for putting Rice Lake together on such short notice. It was a fun day, although very frustrating (caught our first fish at 7:06am then nothing until after 11am!) and very hot.
I made it to work this morning ok, but had to leave work at noon because I was still drained from yesterday. Staying inside until Thursday now. I came prepared, but maybe I needed 2 more bottles of Gatorade for electrolytes.
Now we're looking forward to our next outing at Paudash. Never been there but it looks very "bassy"!!
