Had a few hours to spare last night so we headed down to Oakville for the night bite. Lines set at 6 PM and within 2 to 3 minutes had the first fish on, this continued back-and-forth between the two Rod set up for approximately an hour until we had boated six nice high teen low 20’s fish. For the first hour we couldn’t get a second rod set without one going off. Kept us busy and ended the night 11 for 11. Some good quality specimens, gonna be a good year for big fish from what I saw last night.

Moonshine Soda spoon and frog MC rocket behind an ITO paddle got the job done. All fish caught down 55-62’ over 130-165’. Marked lots of bait, finally found some decent temps setting up after those windy days last week

Hope to get out again Friday morning if the weather holds

11 for 11, not too shabby. I'm heading out Friday as well, but likely out of PC.

Continued good luck,

Cheers,

That's a great outing with not much time and quality fish to boot

Well done! I was in Oakville earlier this week. Just shakers. The water temps were frigid but sounds like this weather is setting up nicely for the next week. Great work!

I was also out that night and got one rod in the water and got a hit.. too bad it was a shaker! then got another king but only in the 6-8lbs range.

I havent been able to break that 10lbs mark yet but i have only been out 3 times, im hoping Friday morning im able to make it out to the 150FOW mark and really get into some big ones.. its good to see they are out there!

Well done man
