Just got home from our week at Baysville. Managed to get some nice 2.5-3 pound smallmouth with Friday being the best day. Caught them all on wacky rigged senkos up against the rocks on deeper shorelines. Had a 'heavy' fish on while drop shooting a gulp minnow in about 40' of water but lost him near the boat. Didn't fight like a smallmouth, so might have been a laker.
I'll be up there again in the middle and last weeks of September.
