Hi everyone,

I was fishing for bass today and hooked maybe an eight inch musky. Quick release without a picture by the boat but that got me thinking. What's the smallest musky you've caught?

I'm no expert in the musky department but every fish I've got has been over 30 inches. Without any data to back it up over the last few years, I have been concerned that there aren't enough young musky....so it was good to see a small one.

I was just talking about my fish last night with a buddy! 2 years ago, while crappie fishing in the north end of Pigeon, i caught about the same sized muskie on a crappie jig. He was hiding under a dock. If it hadn't been swimming like crazy after being hooked, i though I thought I had hooked a snake!!!
