lund boat owners, lund boat help

im looking to buy a new lund boat and looking for best place to go,i have a17 ft silvan witch ill sell and up grade to a 18 or 19 foot lund i live out by bigbay point and any feedback would be helpful thanks for youre help

Steve, best advice I can give from a lesson learned,
1) shop around, go on boat/rv trader you will see whats out there
2) get everything written, even if it's a small item, if it was worth the salesman mentioning it's worth writting it down.
3) ask for more, don't settle for their bottom line get them to throw in some extra.
4) don't believe their claims, they are there to sell you.
5) don't buy black unless you like water marks,
6) make sure you know the motor manufacture date, my boat manufactured in 2015 my Merc 2013 both sold as brand new.
7) try to buy local it's way easier, and faster to get work done. I wish I would of purchased closer it's a long ride from Barrie to Port Colburn.
8) don't take your boat away from the dealer unless you are 100% happy (do a complete pre inspection before you pay)
9) do not go to Port Colborne

Good luck. It's a seller's market right.
Your best bet is probably Discount RV and Marine.
He wouldn't budge on prices with me.

X2 on Discount Marine and RV. You probably won't have much leverage on the price of the boat, but you can work a good deal on the electronics package. I got mine installed for half the price they quoted.
