At Horseshoe Valley there is 2 1/4 inches in my rain gauge. It has come down in the last 18 hours and is still coming down. Rain gauge only goes to 2.5 inches and I'm not going out in the downpour to dump it and start over.

That is going to put a good flow in the Georgian Bay rivers and that bodes well for the salmon fishing this week.

I watched the radar today and the rain came and went but showed mostly to the north of Oshawa.
I was actually hoping for more.

Yes, same area as Chevy... Not as much rain as expected. I would say about 1 inch. Heavy rains this morning till about 10 am. Then light throughout the day. The plants and grass needed it... I would say this will bring in the salmon

Update: It just started raining again right now 10 PM.

Ended up with a total of 2.5 inches.

Rain gauge has now been emptied and is ready for the next round.

We had enough rain to overflow my pond, that's a first.
