Dave, does your first ones smell like liquorice? So hard to identify from a photo, but Im thinking they are oyster shrooms which are edible. Your second one no idea.

The first one looks like an elm oyster, which, despite its name, is not actually an oyster mushroom, it is not in the Pleurotus family. The major visual difference between it and oyster mushrooms is the gills, on oysters they run down the stem (kind of like on chanterelles).
Eating random unknown mushrooms without being absolutely sure of what they are can be a really painful way to die.

Agree with Lazinator about the oyster. No clue about the white one. Does it bruise yellow if you scratch the cap? I'd be cautious with that one, white mushrooms growing on the ground can be scary
