small river, buddy finally did something

Well we got out this morning, we were thinking we should have gone perching in lake as there was no wind. That changed couple hours later got really windy. Another slow day, but we managed 2 more. "This time my buddy got one. they are about 18 and 16" long and very fat from what we are used to getting.

Sorry I think what I want to say but sometimes I don't type it. We got 2 walleye, and a bunch of little white perch that liked to steal bait. We got 1 eye trolling and 1 jigging.

I have been having a tough go out there as well and am seeing far too much bait.

the bites are very light and depths are inconsistent... also having those nibblers you refer to

Worst par is finding a day to get out there with winds not blowing like crazy
