I'll take you to Balsam Dale , the blind leading the blind . Only fished for pike and walleye there before so would definitely need some scouting. Coming Sunday would be the earliest I could go or November 3rd or 4th or 7th or 8th.

Let me know if you're interested , I owe you an outing or three.

I am told that I cannot be specific, but if it is of any help at all, remember my crappie fishing is done at night but I have been in the boat many times later than sunset. I would launch at Rosedale, and go as far west as I could. That is just what I would do if I was looking for crappie before dark. Here is the kicker, this will only work in a west wind or no wind day. I hope that helps a little. Someday if you like I can guide you guys to where I fish. But seeing your posts, you might be much better at crappie fishing than I am. I just get lucky with the monsters because only monsters come out at night. After all it is October HAPPY CRAPPIE HALLOWEEN.

Thankyou. I have not tried the pm yet. I was pretty vague on location for balsam but when he sees where I said. He should know what I am thinking. Also my secret place is still a secret but I said I would take him and someone else someday. I think I could pick up some tips from him. I thought I was a good crappie fisherman but I think he may be up the ladder a few steps than me. He catches a lot of crappie. I just get lucky catching monsters at night. I will try that pm not quite sure how...I think I can figure it out. Thankyou again.
