Hit a nice little trib with a friend today. Every time I fish this trib it blown out. In the last few years I have tried a few times and seem to have a knack catching it 3’ over its banks.
Finally we hit it perfect. There were not many fish being caught but we grinder out 5 fish in the first 5 in a half hours. We took a lunch break and went back at it. In the afternoon fish moved in and turned on huge. The next 4 hours we caught/hooked 16 more between the two of us and missed a bunch more light fast hits.
Kept two each for the table oh so good.
