Anyone thinking of making another kick at the can this week? Weather looks fantastic, hoping the musky cooperate. Almost looks too good to be true!! Tight lines

Definitely. I was wondering what are the water temps these days? Say, Sturgeon, Buckhorn?

About a week ago the water was 9-10C on Couch
I bet after this cold front it will be not more than 8-9C , give or take .

If the wind forecast holds up as it's displayed right now, I'm heading down to Lake Erie to see if the smallmouth are still within reach. Hopefully the water temps are up a bit from current temps by then and they're willing to wander closer to shallow water to feed.

Last year I went to Long Point Bay in November and we did ok on pike but have not caught any bass , but we did not specifically targeted them.
Love fishing LPB whenever the weather and wind allows for it .

Too nice not to be out...one last kick at the can...walters, bass...whatever...4 days of nice temps. Yard clean up can wait!

The water temp on Upper Buckhorn was 42f on Saturday. Probably lower now.

I hope that forecast holds, too early to celebrate. It could change drastically, a couple days ago the forecast looked a lot different.
