Danfish that reel looks cool!! I have a bunch of questions about it Are you guys going to sell those? Is it switchable to a lefthand retrieve too? It would be nice to be able to replace one handle with a counterweight, I find the extra handles just get in the way, Hardy reels come with counterweights The drag adjustment at the back may be not convenient, shimano's drag the front side of the reel, I use it alot. I think Islander is up front too but here it may be difficult due to the constructions of the reel. You like rod this reel was on, I saw it was TFO mooching?

That looks like a great spin on a "2:1" design for a classic 1:1 mooching reel system.... using a multiplier similar to Hardy fly reels (higher ratios) that have been doing that for decades.
There is the old school mantra of 1:1 knuckle busting Mooch with no auto drag (just your blistered palm) that makes a classic mooching what it is.... and IMO will never be replaced as the ultimate fight of skill between angler and the fish...they usually win.
Very interested in trying one to compare so please post or PM with price and availability.
