Sunday BP Skunk Report & Question

Went out to Bear Point yesterday, fished from 7 to 4. Tried at 30, 50, 80 and 100FOW. Marked very few fish, more frequently in shallow than deep. Nothing top side, but a beauty of a day, bright sun, low winds. Didn't even pop up the hut.
I typically jig one line, and set another line with spreader/tophook.
My question is about the set lines with the whities being easily spooked lately. How far do you put you set line from your jigging hole? I usually keep it close (about 10 feet away), but wondering if my jigging is spooking them off the set line.

If they getting spooked. Stop jigging once they show up.

Sorry to disappoint Panatha, but my better half is the ellenika. That said, I'm always happy to meet other members from this forum. For some reason, I can't PM or email. I will be chasing a skunk at BP on Sunday, hopefully we can connect.
