The biggest "kick-in-the-...." this year has obviously been covid related. Buddies not getting together to travel to scout, shop (for that next new wonder trinket/call), or to just chirp about previous hunts over a beverage. I guess all of us are getting comfortable though wearing a mask when leaving the house -- so out turkey hunting will feel kind of routine.

I need it to rain for 24 hours or more on opening day just so the golf course I work at is closed or I will have to work it. Lots of turkeys coming out onto the course in the dawn hours. saw 3 toms the other day until I scared them off with my greens mower. Or FORD can shut down the golf courses and it wouldn't bother me at all. stay safe everyone.....come on rain gods
