Hey everyone, I hope everyone is having a great spring so far! I've been lucky enough to spend a decent amount of time fishing this season and it seems like its been a banner year! As the big pike start to leave the shallow waters, i've started to transition to targeting lakers, and there seems to be more (and bigger) this year too!I've downsized to using a 7g vibrato and a northlands buckshot and and the lakers have been all over it!

I got into some nice pike and lakers last Saturday and if you're interested, you can tune in here ---> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-_-qaAMMH8...hannel=AdamStew

I sympathize with you on the ones that got away. The look on your face, and dropping your fishing rod. I have had that feeling. My first thoughts are always, HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN or maybe WHAT DID I DO WRONG and my favourite sound when I lose a fish, AWWHHHHHHHH NO. NO. NO. You really put out good videos. I like that you make the video about the fish. It is kind of like someone is reading a story and you are watching the story come alive. I watched a four year old pike video of yours. Same attitude, and interpretation back then and now. Stay humble your videos are genuine. More people should watch, that is what fishing is all about.

I like the video where there was an otter on shore. There is one place I fish where an otter decided to make his home nearby. When ever I was there fishing for walleye and crappie with big minnows he would show up at some point during the night. I never saw him in the dark until he would sneak up behind me and start eating my dead minnows off the dock. I always save my dead minnows, but not there. He always eats them. You never know when he is going to show up, but it happens every time. The otter has even tried to take a fish out of my bucket. So I have to keep a good watch. Two years ago there was two adults and two babies squeaking all night. I thought they would scare the fish away, but it's still a good spot. Just not for dead minnows. LOL
