We are so lucky to live in Canada. Fishing from east coast to west coast, north and south. Any person can fish if they are able to. The love of my life just had a heart attack. She is doing better after a few days in the hospital. No need for any of you to comment on that point. I mention this to make a point. She is not a crazy fisherman like I am, but she does enjoy being outside in nature and fishing. This experience got me thinking. We have all heard the phrase, never take anything for granted so many times it is almost worn out. BUT think about it. A person never knows what may happen tomorrow. Only that tomorrow will arrive on time as always. And all the days next to that. On time, wether we are prepared for them or not. Love life. Love your family. Love your friends. Love what you choose for a career. Love the treasures of life itself. Experience fully what you encounter in life. Choose what you will do today. The options are almost endless to what may bring you joy and satisfaction. Try something new, I chose to quit smoking, because of what just occurred a few days ago to the greatest woman I have ever known. Choose what you will do today, and stay safe doing just that. If your choice just happens to involve fishing today or the days that follow. Good luck to all.

Wishing a quick recovery. Anytime you can enjoy the outdoors alone or together is a blessing. A sunrise, sunset, wildlife, not everyone gets to experience .

I really don't know what to say. Thank you for all the kind words from all of you. I think this fishing forum just might be the best idea I had last September when I joined. I really enjoy the way that all of you give one another help and advice and many laughs. I got up in time to see the sun rise today. All though for me today will not be a fishing day. To all of you out there, have a great day.....P.S. Get out your phones and cameras today. Where ever you are today fishing or not fishing, take some pictures. It does not matter when today, but sometime today take a picture of something you LOVE. Or someone you LOVE. I have always told my younger family members how lucky they are. If I wanted to show someone a very old picture, first I would have to go find the box the pictures are in. Then I would have to sort through the box and hope the picture was in there and did not get lost. Then I would realize that picture I was looking for was packed away safely in a different box, and start the search all over again. Now you just have to click your phone or camera and that special picture is right in your pocket forever. So don't forget to take a picture today, so you can look at it tomorrow, or the next. Stay Safe.
