If I am fishing alone on Lake Ontario for Salmon/trout, how many lines am I allowed to have? I know you can have cheaters, but can I have 2 riggers going with 2 different rods and lures?

Thanks Greg

Two lines per angler from a boat in open water.

Where did you go out. We were out of Whitby and got rainbows out in the blue zone.

Hey Bob all 3 out in front of the filtration plant...west of bluffers....all within about an hour around 5 pm.....black/green Gibbs

I actually thought about going out to Whitby....bluffers parking was jammed....the wife saw a guy pulling away with his trailer and she went and stood in the spot until I off loaded the boat by myself....trooper...she was almost hit a few times by cars wanting to park in the trailer spots!

We were down 100 feet over 180....

Hope this helps, hoping to get out this week sometime.........I woulda thought that out near Duffins would have been good.....NO??

Just ramping up the smoker as I write this.......Cheers

Greg

If memory serves me correctly, and that's in doubt these days, it's about 12 miles. (I haven't been on Lake O in over 20 years.)

Hey Fshn frk.... straight out from the shell pier, 120 feet of water and 60 feet down + or - 10 feet. Any spoon with red, yellow or orange. Ask Dodge Ram.
He will be able to tell you...that is if his wife lets him.
Darn fool went and got himself married.
Marriage is not a word but a sentence. I tried to warn him.

Hey Shank. Where do you operate out of? Port D?
I probably asked you this before, sorry. I think next weekend I'll be down that way.
I'm heading to Elephant lake this weekend with all my brothers. Should be fun.
Cheers!

my brothers and us have been going out somewhere else and never see anyone else at the launch or fishing, and just go out 500feet from shore and have fished 3 times in a month, totalling 11hrs max, and have gone 16 for 25 and the biggest was 2 kings 32 and 30 lbs and the biggest bow is almost 20lbs and been getting alot of PINK salmon too! anyone else getting these tasty buggers ?

years before this, we've been going out at collingwood for 4 years now and have 2 buddies that live their, and have produced good fish, but never anything like this, since the early 1990's when south bay mouth was the place to be for huge, numerous fish!!! got a 34lber king their in 1992, and a 28lb rainbow and a 18lb scamanian too.

and using diff. colours than anyone else has mentioned too, and hardly mark any fish, but their down their, waititng to feed up!!! all of them have been stuffed with alwife, and had 1 15lb bow, break my hot lure inhalf, right before i netted him ( lucky) and we have all been in the morning fishing from 7-10am, but it looks like night time, seems to be hot too.
