Well this year my friends and I decided to bring an extra boat and some friends into a little back lake that we found hunting a few years back. It was hard getting in but we'll worth it. We were on the water by 10 and off by 3:30 because it is a 2 1/2 hr trek each way. The count was 136 small and large mouth bass!!! It was an epic day for sure and they would hit on anything. But they especially liked a small rubber black and gold paddle tail with a pink jig head. I landed 50 with this alone. Needless to say, I had to pass them out to the other guys as well.
Can't wait for next year's trip. Some pics to follow.

Note...no fish were killed or injured during this outing...🙂. As all the fish in this lake have small black pepper like dots throughout the meat and is easily seen in their mouths. Most were around the 1.5 to 2.5 lb range.
