Jerry(Metalbuckle) and I have got it all sorted out and we shall be fishing out of Collingwood this Thursday, August 19th. We plan to launch the Legend around 6:45AM. Looks like it will be a nice calm day.
I'm assuming he will be coming prepared to do live reports from the lake.
If any other members feel like bringing their boats out that day, please do so. Let us know if you are coming so that we can be in touch with each other.

Hi Dave
Cannot go Wednesday and when I look at WF, it's not showing rain for Thursday?

Hey Dave
Good news you will be out there.
How about a "biggest fish" contest?
Losing team has clean ALL the fish at the fish cleaning station.
Have to go to Bracebridge today for a fiddle music jam. This will take me past Epps Fishing on Hwy 11, so an opportunity to try and replace the gold colored lure I lost to a salmon on a recent trip. Like I need more lures! I must have hundreds and I use the same 10 or 15 all the time.

Is there just the one launch Collingwood?? Is this a good forecast for that day, it will be a little choppy no? Maybe the wind direction is ideal for Collingwood.

Yup I also find weather network useless.....been using accuweather.com for about 8 years now and have tried so many others....but always resort to accuweather for a accurate account of the forecast and especially their doppler when I am out on the water, as a live eye to what is coming at you. I am a landscaper and a fisherman and both require a reasonable amount of accuracy in weather.....give it a try you will not be disappointed....look around at all the different facets that it delivers......
