What are these, Mushrooms?

Pretty sure chicken of the woods. 99% positive. Better pictures would be helpful, and a picture of the underside

Thanks, they are growing on an Oak tree. I've never seen them before so was curious. And with your info I did some research and Chicken of the Woods is what it looks like. Apparently they are edible also?

Yup it is chicken of the woods. trim off the softer outer edge and cut it on strips. Fry with butter and garlic. It tastes like white chicken breast. Awesome find.
