> boat launch at Rosedale, frozen or not?

Does anyone know if it is possible to launch at Rosedale boat ramp or it is frozen?

Should be fine too much current as things just started skimming over on the weekend in the calm bays. Haven't been by today, but there is lots of time for that ramp yet.
