LET’S GET THIS SEASON GOING BOYS AND GIRLS.

I’M SO EXCITED FOR THIS COMING SEASON AS LAST SEASON WASN’T QUITE THE SAME WITHOUT GETTING ON OUR FAVOURITE LAKE WITH THE ALWAYS AWESOME CREW AT BEAR CREAK COTTAGES.
CANT WAIT TO CHECK OUT ALL THE NEW LURES EVERYONE WILL BE TRYING (THEN GOING BACK TO THE OLD HOOK AND MINNOW. LOL) I’LL BE DOING THE SAME. LOL

ITS GREAT SEEING KOKE MACHINES ICE REPORTS. HUGE FAN K-MAN, EVEN HAVE THE LUCKY KOKE MACHINE T-SHIRT TO PROVE IT. LOL. IT WORKS

OUR CREW HAS BEEN GOING UP TO NIPISSING FOR WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN 10 YEARS LAST YEAR. SO THIS YEAR IS OUR 11TH* YEAR.

WE ARE BOOKED FOR OPENING WEEKEND BUT JUST THE ORIGINAL 3.
THEN WE GO BACK UP TWO WEEKS LATER WITH A CREW OF 20 IN 4 HUTS.
THIS WILL BE THE FIRST YEAR WE ARE BRINGING OUR 17 YRS OLD BOYS WITH US FOR THE WEEKEND. GOING TO BE SOME GREAT MEMORIES FOR SURE.

ANYONE THAT KNOWS ME WILL BE HAPPY TO HEAR WE ARE PUTTING TOGETHER OUR MENU PLANS SOON AND WILL POST ONCE ITS FINALIZED.

EVERYONE JUST NEEDS TO THINK COLD THOUGHTS. ACTUALLY FREEZING THOUGHTS WOULD BE BETTER. LOL

Our countdown is on as well, staying at Sandy Bay January 4th for our annual trip. Missing last year really hurt, hopefully weather co-operates this year and we don't lose another one as we like first ice. I get more excited for icefishing season than Christmas, second place is the Daytona 500. Hope you have a good one and looking forward to the menu as a buddy and I do a bungalow trip in February and we love new food options.

Our group too will be at Bear Creek Jan 3,4,5. Come on cold.

Can’t agree more big filthy , been going with Shawn and Terra for 12 years now and can’t imagine going anywhere else , we started taking our boys when they were 7 and 8 and can’t begin to tell you the number great memories we have made over the years , now 19 and 20 they have recently started bringing their buddies and getting their own huts and making their own memories … most of which they can’t remember when they leave , but it’s still a trip we all look forward too as soon as the boat gets put away … we have 32 guys this year booked in Jan 2 to 5 . Hoping things work out , or there will be a Lot of disappointed guys.

COUNTDOWN TO OUR 10TH/11TH YEAR ANNUAL TRIP

Let’s go big filthy! Heading up to the nip with @fishberg for ice camping in the Eskimo 9416 Jan 7th 8th and 9th. Then back the weekend after for 3 nights with Garnet & Caralee @ SSIC for our 5th annual trip with the boys. Countdown is on!
