The whisky will probably kill any parasites or nasties from the minnow so I wouldnt worry. As another mentioned maybe dont eat the lot of them? Good luck!

They shouldn't bother you.....pictured below is a test sushi Perch.......when ice fishing I throw one outside to freeze up and then use him as a swivel stick in the rye and coke.......works fine, keeps the drink cold and the worst thing I ever had was a hangover. If he warms up throw him back outside till he freezes.
BTW in the pic I sometimes take out a ice fishing rod for smallies, try it with a 4 or 5 pounder....it's a riot......yup that Perch tried to eat that Cotton Cordell.
