Yeah there were probably a dozen or so huts out of bp. Ice looked real sketchy off both bp and bpp.

I was down to BBP today. Access there is actually fenced off and closed for ice fishing. They're putting in parking spots.

A friend and I went out east from minets, 6 inches of ice. There was a guy buzzing around on a sled! Fishing was steady all day ended the day 4 Lakers one whitefish. Now if we had of got all the ones we lost woulda been big numbers. Ring rust I guess lol

That area is sketchy to say the least on early ice....not going to be fun with this snow coverage. Can you please explain how the BBP access is fenced off and closed for ice fishing? Is billy goat hill closed or the parking lot?

billy goat hill is at Bear Point (BP). BBP is Big Bay Point.
