Nope...if I were a politician, I would say one thing and then do something different when it benefited me. Or say something if I wanted a vote. And then do d_ck all for a nice salary and have a really nice pension after retiring.
Good point by F4D...I didn't catch that "IF" so I'm not a good lawyer either. And maybe the minnow (and it could have been a beyond meat minnow ) could have dropped off his hook while he was pulling up his maybe line that was maybe in the water while possibly fishing?

I would place myself with say a precautionary scientist - not jumping to conclusions without sufficient information.



LS - interesting about the changing directions of the current...maybe wind blows in one direction for a while causing the water to build up under the ice on one shore, wind lets up, weight of ice pushes the water back down and ...
Would be an interesting research project for some hydrodynamics kind of person.
