VicFish thanks.
She thought she might get $2,000 - $2500.
I'm not a Poo guy so I though I'd ask.
I know I can get at least what I originally paid for my 2018 Ski-Doo Tundra LT 550F.
Knew she was far too low.
Every vulture would have been after it.

Did your friend unload this sled yet, or are they still looking to?.

I've got the fever now lol.

When they said female owned, was that a selling feature? Just remembering stories of cars with 300,000 that never had an oil change because she thought you just had to check it and top it up, why else would there be a dipstick if you had to actually change it? I bought my 2007 Polaris 550 in 2014 for $3100, super clean been running perfectly, I know I got lucky and got a deal but I’d recommend looking around and avoid the family ‘discount’. Mine came from a widow who’s husband stored everything covered and in the garage and had an annual service done every year. Not likely too many people do that but things to look for for sure. Bought mine in March so you’re in prime buying season to negotiate instead of them storing it over the summer.

I find older sleds like Shell super gas & really good oil. It costs more but how much can you burn in an ice fishing season.

Ethanol and 2 strokes don't go together.
Shell premium doesn't have ethanol.

Canadian tire gas bars also say ‘no ethanol’ on their 91 octane. All I use in everything I own that burns gas, and star brite fuel treatment. Everything I own starts first crank for years now. Ethanol absorbs water, that’s why marinas sell ethanol free gas. Our region should not even allow ethanol fuels to be sold given our year round humidity levels with the Great Lakes so close. It’s a wonder people don’t have more issues when you think about it, I would say it’s more a carburetor thing than a 2 stroke issue when it comes to ethanol.

I phoned CT head office & asked about ethanol in their super gas. They said there was none in their super but they could not guarantee it . When I called Shell they said they guarantee no ethanol.

I always go to Shell for small engine gas.

It's about the ethanol hindering the oil from adhering to the cylinder walls in a 2 stroke.

That's using high level ethanol fuel like E25 to E100 Flex fuel.
