Fishing report Feb. 4th

Fishing report February 4th 12:11 pm. My first post her but unfortunately it’s not a good a one. Fishing off Virginia Beach and it is beyond slow. Not even seeing fish looking down though these wide open slits in the hut we are using. Tried every lure I have and every method of attracting them I know of but I’ve been fishing many many years and know that some days they just aren’t around and when they do show up they aren’t active. Maybe next year I’ll try to come up during first ice. Hope others are having better luck.

One quick question for early spring fishing after ice is out. I’d like to bring my boat up in the spring and was wondering what some of the better areas of the lake are for the spring season. Thanks in advance for any help.
