Thanks i'm glad you watch the videos and yes the price of the snowdog is a little high but finding a used snowdog is hard to find.
My friend has been running his snow dog for 3 years now basic oil changes and adjust chain tension on drive chain has been the only maintenance needed.

I'm young and work at home at a desk job all day. Any excuse I can get to use my legs I can. We bought a plastic toboggan sled a few years ago and it makes it way easier to drag everything out. Before that it was everyone with 2+ hands full carrying stuff. This lets us walk out a few km, instead of 1km.

Usually everyone else complains that we're fall enough out, but I just keep telling them "I think this is a bad spot, that spot over there is better." and point another 100m away. Eventually they catch on to what I'm doing
