Just wondering if anybody knows if Gilford Beach is still walkable what with the warmup and rain that fell. Or is it pure slush Looking to go up tomorrow and want to be sure it's walkable and not soup lol

Thanks in advance.

It is -29 right now in Muskoka , I would think its cold at Gilford as well and that everything there should have stiffened up. We were fishing out of Beaverton on Friday and it was slushy with a fair bit of water around our hut. We were on a good 14 to 18 inches of clear ice. I too want to fish Gilford soon, my main concern is where to park. I haven't ice fished there in years and hear there in no more parking on the streets there.
