Great report and results. What size or model is your Eskimo hut ? Did you bring cots and sleeping  bags? Don't see cots in pictures. Thanks for any reply.

That hut is the 9416i so it’s a bit of a bigger footprint at 8x14ish. In years past we’ve laid foam floor in half the hut with two cots side by side with the buddy heater in between, then we fished at other end. This trip there was 3 of us so we had 3 cots and 2 holes each. We setup just one cot for a spot to put bags, etc. then setup the other 2 cots right before bed. Looking forward to having the entire floor covered in foam tiles, we’ll probably put the cots at either end and each have our own end if there’s two of us; but ai figure we could sleep 4 in there without too much aggravation. The ice break from the foam while sleeping is superior.

Here’s a pic from last year

Great report and sounded like a blast.
Get yourself snowdog, no insurance or registration needed..

Cheers fishmagnet, I really need to look into those. They are powerful enough to pull all that gear in tandem eh? Looks like a more cost effective solution to an ATV that’s for sure.

They aren't fast but steady , they have a great line up of models to suit everyone. They store away just like a snow blower and they load them on cargo racks to get around.
Not the cheapest toys but when you factor the no insurance or register costs it really starts to look appealing.
They also use them all year long for all sorts of things. Lots of videos on you tube..
