Big whitefish

Lunker Trout Group: Members Posts: 382 Member No.: 13353 Joined: January 24, 2017	I don’t normally post pics of whitefish but this one was my pb so thought I’d share. Measured it at 29 inches never did weigh it but man was she fat.

I’ve caught a few around the same length, usually between 6 pounds for the skinnier ones and 8 for the ones a little fatter like yours. Nice fillets there, fish that size I cut the fillets into chunks and vacuum seal, way too much meat to eat all at once!
